Judge Stuart's Retirement Celebration

Judge Stuart has served Oklahoma City for decades, and finally has taken the opportunity to retire!  His entire family, including several crazily adorable grandkids, visited his chambers for a final celebration - and they made big plans for visits and candy at grandpa's house!
